<br>Did you know that fabrics with large prints and lots of color make excellent backings?  A  busy backing hides less than perfect quilting stitches and any tie-off knots.  A backing with an interesting motif can be quilted from the back along the design lines to create an interesting quilting design on the front. Common Threads now has a great selection of large print floral's on sale for $3.00 a yard.  These really are gorgeous fabrics that would make beautiful backings for your quilts. We also have select fat quarters on sale 10 for $10.  What a great deal.
