Name That Quilt! Challenge

I thought it would be fun to run a challenge here at CTQS. I found the perfect pattern by Charlotte Angotti. The name of the pattern is "Name That Quilt". Depending on what fabrics you choose, we could have a lot of fun coming up with names for all the quilts.

Here's how it works:

The pattern is available for purchase here at the store for $8.00. Choose your fabrics, assemble your quilts, we'll display them during our Anniversary weekend, which is Nov. 27, 28 & 29. You name your quilt, and we'll also let the public suggest names for each quilt and pick a viewers choice in a few different categories.
The winners will get a great prize (not sure what yet) and all the entrants will get a gift and a free yard of fabric of their choosing! Come by soon for your pattern so you can get started right away.

Dancing With the Stars - Quilt Style
This summer I will be teaming up with Quilters Corner in New Milford, to offer you "Dancing With the Stars" quilt style. We will be handing out a free block pattern, with the fabric included, each week at both stores for 6 weeks. That means 12 blocks with the fabric at no cost to you! There are some rules that apply, so be sure to check in with either store for the complete information. The fist week will begin on Tuesday, July 7 and run through August 16.

Attention all Appliquers and Paper Piecers:
On Saturday May 30 CTQS will be having a .20 cents an inch sale! All of our end of bolt pieces and left over remnants will be just 20 cents an inch. This is a wonderful opportunity to find some rare pieces, and add colors to your stash! We will have all the fabrics out beginning on May 30 and leave it out until it's gone. The earlier you arrive, the better the pickins!
